2. Booking Services
By using our services, you authorize us to book flights and related services on your behalf. All bookings are made based on the information provided by you and are confirmed only after payment is processed.
It is your responsibility to verify:
Passenger names match valid government ID/passport
Travel dates, times, and destinations
Visa and documentation requirements
Baggage policies, layovers, and connections
We are not responsible for any consequences due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
3. Fares & Payment
All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.
Fares are not guaranteed until payment is completed and ticket is issued.
Additional fees may apply, including service charges, taxes, fuel surcharges, or carrier-imposed fees.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is declined, fraudulent, or incomplete.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations and refund requests are subject to the fare rules of the airline or third-party provider. Some tickets are non-refundable or carry cancellation penalties.
Service fees charged by MyTripBookings.com are non-refundable.
Refund processing may take 7 to 30 business days depending on the airline.

5. Changes and Rescheduling
If you wish to change or reschedule your booking:
Change requests must be made via phone and within airline timelines.
Change fees may apply, as well as any fare difference.
Not all bookings are eligible for modification.
We will assist in processing changes based on airline policies but cannot guarantee availability or lower fares.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections
Airline bankruptcy or refusal to honor booking
Visa refusals or denied boarding
Acts of third parties, including suppliers or payment processors
Errors due to inaccurate information provided by the user
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the total service fee paid to MyTripBookings.com.
7. Travel Documents & Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure:
You hold a valid passport with sufficient validity
You have required visas, permits, and travel documents
You comply with all health, vaccination, and entry requirements
We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Acts of God
War, terrorism, or civil unrest
Epidemics or pandemics
Airline strikes or operational failures
Government actions or travel bans
Such events release us from our obligations during the affected period.
