MyTripBookings.com is a third-party flight booking service provider. We act as an intermediary between you and the airline, consolidator, or travel supplier. All refund requests are subject to the airline’s or supplier’s fare rules and cancellation policies.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
Your airline ticket is refundable (as per the airline’s fare rules).
You cancel within the airline’s permitted refund period.
The flight is cancelled by the airline, and a refund is approved.
There is a duplicate booking made in error (subject to review).
You were charged in error or were unable to receive services due to technical failure on our part.
Important: Many airline tickets booked through MyTripBookings.com are sold at discounted or restricted fares that may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
Cancellation of a non-refundable ticket.
“No-show” for a flight (missing the flight without prior notice).
Denied boarding due to invalid documentation or passport issues.
Requests made after the deadline allowed by the airline or supplier.
Service fees, booking charges, and any convenience fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
4. Refund Process

Processing Time:
Airlines may take 7 to 30 business days to approve and process a refund.
Once approved, MyTripBookings.com will refund the amount (minus applicable fees) to the original payment method.

5. Refund Fees
Airline Penalties: These are deducted by the airline based on fare conditions.
Agency Processing Fee: A service fee of up to $50 per ticket may apply for refund processing.
Credit Card Fees: Some payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
